This Houseinitaly.com Service
Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and
conditions on which Houseinitaly.com ("we" or "our company")
offer services to you ("Customer" or "You"). By registering
for or using Houseinitaly.com services, Customer agrees to
be bound by the following terms and conditions.
The services offered by
houseinitaly.com consist in searching for real estate
properties (houses, villas, apartments, and so on) that are,
or are declared to be, for sale in Italy. Basing on the
characteristics wanted by the customer, houseinitaly.com
will deliver to him/her, by email, a list of properties for
sale, taken from the internet and/or from local real estate
agencies and/or local newspaper ads and/or other means.
Houseinitaly.com will also contact
the seller in name of the customer, if he/she requests so,
and bring them into communication. Houseinitaly.com doesn't enter in any
aspect of the final sale transaction. Houseinitaly.com only gives real
estate listings and doesn't suggest or solicitate the
purchase of any property. It's sole responsibility of the
customer to ensure that all aspect of the transaction are
safe, geniune, legal and reliable. Therefore
Houseinitaly.com cannot be held responsible for bad
transactions.
Consider that real estate agencies
charges a fee (percentage of the sale amount) when doing
intermediation. All information deemed reliable but not
guaranteed. All properties are subject to prior sale, change
or withdrawal. Neither listing broker(s) or information
provider(s) shall be responsible for any typographical
errors, misinformation, misprints and shall be held totally
harmless. Listing(s) information is provided for consumers
personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any
purpose other than to identify prospective properties
consumers may be interested in purchasing.
Houseinitaly.com cannot be held
responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright
compliance, legality or decency of material contained in
this website, the search results or any legal information
otherwise linked to houseinitaly.com search results.
Nothing on this website should be
considered legal advice or as a substitute for legal advice.
The service is not intended for use
by children (defined as anyone under the age of 18).
You agree to access and use the
Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible
for the knowledge of, and adherence to, any and all laws,

Customer is solely responsible and

reliability, completeness, or timeliness of our
Services, listings, or content;
